Super Buzz Balls - Apricot Carly Flynn / Friday, January 29, 2016 / Categories: Kitchen Ingredients: 1 pkt dried apricots 1 pkt dried mango 1 cup almond meal ½ cup LSA 1 tablespoon Camu Camu Powder ¼ cup maple or maple flavoured syrup 2 tablespoons orange juice 6 pieces crystallized ginger cup of Chia Seeds White ½ cup coconut Extra chia seeds to coat the buzz balls (optional - can swap for coconut) Method: In the mixer chop fruit, then add powders and liquids and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients to form a sticky ball. Break off pieces and roll in dessicated coconut to form balls. Refrigerate.
